We strive to supply products free of defects. However from time to time a defective product does slip through. If you have an item that is defective or missing parts please e-mail us. We will exchange or repair defective products within 30 days. Missing parts will be sent out if notified within the 30 day time period. All items have full manufacturer warranties.
